26 April : Palos Beer Dinner (18th Street Brewery)

Harvest Room (Palos Heights) and 18th Street Brewery are pairing up for a fantastic night of locally crafted beer and food. Dinner will start at 7:30 pm, so arrive early to settle in for introductions.

$65 per person for 5 courses.

Velvet Cashmere

(brewed with cashmere hops, citrus flavor, smooth bitterness)

Endive Boats, Halloumi, Jicama, Mandarin Segment, Pickled Red Onion, Fresno Chili

2nd Course

Sex & Candy IPA

(chinook & cascade hops, fruity and faintly sweet)

Shrimp & Scallop Ceviche, Beer Pita

3rd Course

Brown Ale

(malts: amber malt, special roast, midnight wheat, chocolate malt)

Braised Short Rib

4th Course

Hammond Weiss

(berliner with pomegranate, black currants, and raspberries. slightly tart, with berry and stone fruit notes)

Triple Crème Brie, Herbs De Provence

5th Course

Hunter Stout

(bitter chocolate, roasted, hints of vanilla)

 

Semifredo – caramel, chocolate, buckwheat crumble
